I've been running so bad that I'm getting to the point that I feel like I deserve to win. I'm up over 200%, but I've been a slight loser over the last couple of months. It's actually pretty frustrating...and yes, I would like some cheese with that whine.
Here are the 2 key lost hands.
Hand 1 : I'm in late position with suited A5. I know it's a pretty unspectacular hand, but I knew that the limping villain would fold. I hit an Ace on the flop but get called. Now, I've created a situation where I'm either way ahead (pair of aces) or way behind (pair of Aces out kicked, trips, two pair). I check the turn, because I'm not sure where I'm at. He puts out a weak bet on the river which I guess he was thinking I'd reraise, and I just call to see his Q8 suited. He made marginal to bad plays at every avenue and got bailed out.

Hand 2: Don't you hate the big blind? I love getting a free look with hands like these, but they always seem to be the ones that get you in trouble. I flop top pair, and bet cause I figure I have the best hand. I get called, but I'm not worried. The turn comes with a club. Somebody close that damn back door! I bet, and I get raised! BEEP!BEEP!BEEP! The raise is small, so I have to call with the implied odds. I'm getting the right price, so I just need luck for a club or third nine. I get no help on the river and decide to let it go after he makes a substantial bet. If he can't beat a nine, there is no way he raises the turn and bets the river, so I may as well save myself the money.
